The Talons organization is a spirit and service group sanctioned by the University of North Texas. I pledged this group in the fall of 1987 and remained active until my graduation. During my active years, I served as parlimentarian, alumni and fundraising committee members. I am currently a Talon Alum. I should mention that at the last reunion of Talons, the alumni won the Talons Olympics. Keith and I are currently working to help the active Talons with a couple of on-going pledge projects, the Bell-Tug and the Model A. As a Talon, we support the University athletics (no, we are not athletic supporters ha-ha). We do our best to attend all sporting events, not just the big ones like football and basketball, both men and women. Graphics courtesy of the current Talon members.
